Dr. Federer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Zoology with a minor in Chemistry from Ohio University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
She is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology; she is a Senior Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists; and she is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
Dr. Federer is certified in registered diagnostic medical sonographeru, DaVinci robotic laparoscopic console surgery, and vNOTES vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery.
In her free time, Dr. Federer loves spending time outdoors, especially while hiking and boating. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
