The NP was very knowledgeable and aware of my previous illness . I was able to verbalize my concerns and I felt my input was well received.
Katie Williams was so good! She had read my chart and email notes and was aware of what was going on with my prolonged sinus infection. I told her I had not wanted to start the steroid pack I was prescribed and while understanding this hesitation of taking more medication, after listening to my lungs, she advised me how the steroid could help reduce inflammation. Her explanation was helpful and comforting.
