Dr. Forman has been in practice with The Christ Hospital for over 15 years. He is originally from the Cleveland area. His areas of interests include preventative cardiology, echocardiography, and stress testing. He tries to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle into the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. When not seeing patients, he spends time with his family and enjoys fitness, athletics, music and comedy.
