Duane M. Allen, MD

Duane Allen, MD, is a pulmonary disease and critical care medicine specialist with The Christ Hospital Physicians Pulmonary Medicine.

Dr. Allen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Michigan. He completed medical school with honors at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency and pulmonary/critical care medicine fellowship with Indiana University School of Medicine at Eskanazi Hospital, where he served as both chief resident and chief fellow.

Dr. Allen is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. In 2015, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society.

Dr. Allen and his wife, who is a pediatrician, have two children. Together, they enjoy exploring the region's many parks and the Cincinnati Zoo. Dr. Allen also enjoys golf and running.
